RCI Bank Awards Season
2019 has been a great year for RCI Bank and over the last three months, RCI Bank’s efforts to offer great savings products and service to our customers has been recognised with a number of accolades and awards by leading consumer ratings organisations. This adds to our tally of over 15 awards and commendations that RCI Bank have received since we opened our doors over four years ago.

We always strive to provide the best possible service and products for our customers, and we are proud for this to be recognised. In 2020 we celebrate our 5th anniversary and are looking forward to delivering great products and supporting our customers.

So far in this year’s awards season, RCI Bank are proud to have received the following three accolades:

  1. Which? Recommended Provider for Savings Accounts
  2. Fairer Finance’s Customer Experience Gold Ribbon and Happiest Customers designation
  3. Savings Champion Highly Commended award for simple savings

Which?

Which? Recommended Providers are companies that are both rated highly by the public and have products that meet the high standards of Which? researchers. Which? Recommended providers must achieve an above-average product score, have a product in the top 10 in at least one category, be fully covered by the FSCS and offer products which are available nationally and not tied to the purchase of another product.

Fairer Finance

Customer Experience 

Brands that receive a Fairer Finance Gold Ribbon have performed better for customer experience than 80% of the market. They tend to excel at handling complaints, and at explaining the key features of the product in their documents and product journeys. They also tend to have the happiest and most trusting customers. Happiest Customer

Fairer Finance use consumer polling to measure happiness and trust. Polling is conducted by independent polling company Opinium, using their nationally representative panel. They receive tens of thousands of responses from these surveys every six months. These responses are analysed to provide a happiness and a trust score for each brand in our ratings.

Being able to provide the best support possible for our customers always has and always will be at the heart of everything we do at RCI Bank, so to receive this award is a great honour.

Savings Champion Awards – Highly Commended for Simple Savings

The award is at its 7th edition and is acknowledging excellence in a wide range of categories, recognising those banks and building societies that have consistently offered best buy rates, provided excellent customer service and promoted competition in the savings market over the last 12 months. The awards are independent and focus on those providers that offer consistent value and high levels of customer service.
