RCI Bank heads to the racetracks
Our heritage has always meant we have a passion for cars, so we’re thrilled to announce RCI Bank is partnering with Alpine F1 Team at Formula One Pirelli British Grand Prix this year, with the drivers Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon.

Our heritage has always meant we have a passion for cars, so we’re thrilled to announce RCI Bank is partnering with Alpine F1 Team at Formula One Pirelli British Grand Prix this year, with the drivers Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon.

To celebrate this Partnership, we spoke to Tarun Jennison, Head of Brand for RCI Financial Services who manages the Renault, Dacia and Alpine offers and services for customers, who explained how RCI Bank and RCI Financial Services went above and beyond to help a customer purchase his dream Alpine sports car.

Can you outline the process between RCI Financial Services and the customer who was looking to purchase an Alpine car?

The customer saves with RCI Bank and got in touch with RCI Financial services about financing an Alpine A110 and to explore the financial offers we have available. After taking the time to understand the customer’s needs, whilst recognising he is a loyal banking customer of ours, we created multiple bespoke offers for them to choose from.

Following discussions regarding a variety of deals, the customer financed a brand-new Alpine which was available immediately, so the customer was able to drive away in his dream car faster than expected.  

Why is it important to the brand that RCI Financial Services employees like yourself, go above and beyond for their customers?

Customers are at the heart of our business. Our strategy is very much focused around ‘together for customers’ and this applies to every customer of RCI.

We wanted to ensure the customer experienced a tailored and seamless journey, satisfying their requirements. It’s immensely rewarding to know that we have provided this customer with a solution, enabling them to drive away and experience one of our Brand halo models.

Our focus is to ensure we provide the best service possible, not just at the point of sale but throughout the customers finance agreement.
