As soon as your application has been accepted, please allow 5 working days for us to send you your secure internet banking User ID in the post. This is your unique access code and you shouldn't share it.

Once your application has been accepted, here's what to do next...

1. Click ‘Log in’ in the header of this site.

2. Enter the User ID we sent to you by email, along with the password you created when you applied for the account.

3. Enter the required digits from your memorable information (this is the information you set up during your application).
