Alice is our CEO. Alice has worked within Groupe Renault for almost 15 years and was previously the CFO for RCI Bank when launched in 2015. She has an MBA from ESSEC Business school and Board member certificate from IFA Science Po. Alice previously held the position of Vice president, Accounting and Performance Control and VP of Mobility Service and Innovation within the RCI Banque Group. Alice is committed to ensure that RCI Bank will continue to offer simplicity, transparency and excellent service for all UK savers.

Julien is our CFO. Julien has worked for our parent company RCI Bank and Services for over ten years within several roles in Controlling and Corporate Finance. He was the CFO for RCI Ireland for three years before moving to RCI Bank in October 2019 as the Deputy CFO. Holding a Master’s degree in Management from the Institut Mines-Telecom Business School, he is multilingual with fluency in English, French and Spanish. Julien is dedicated to ensuring customer needs remain a top priority and will continue to build on RCI Bank’s success whilst maintaining a strong position in the UK market.

Tafari is our head of savings. With over fifteen years of experience in corporate finance and strategy at global banks in the US, UK and Europe, Tafari became a part of our UK team in 2018. He graduated with a BSc in economics from the Wharton School and holds an MBA from London Business School. Tafari is a champion for the nation of savers and he continues to drive innovation and service to better meet the savings needs of our customers.
